Diane Eamtrakul, the founder of DE worldwide listings has been travelling abroad since she was 15 yrs old and started her import export business during her study in Master Degree in International Business at FDU in New Jersey. Soon after graduation, she purchased her first Condominium apartment and a year after bought two town house buildings (cost $ 225,000) which she paid off a loan in 10 years. Twenty years after she sold the townhouse for $ 7.8M. about 3,400%.  Lessons learnt, not all real estate means making money, but location, location, location is the key.

There are many more factors in real estate, as long as you have a passion and love what you are doing.

Diane finished a real estate sales license and received a New York State license in 2008. She worked for Coldwell Banker, Commercial and Sotheby’s International as a sales agent. She was trying to convince her bosses to open a real estate office in Asia. There were no response, everyone were doing well or OK in New York City. Now that she was about to retire in Bangkok, Thailand. She found herself ready to launch DE Worldwide Listings and continue her passions and sharing her knowledge to others.

 

The world is getting smaller as more people travel, and many people wish to live or do business elsewhere besides their home town. These are trends and adventures of many millions of people after 3 years of Covids.
